27 February 2020 Fiona has just completed an amazing job in helping us sell our mother’s house in Alexandra. It was a bit of a stressful time for the family as we were coming to the end of an era, however Fiona immediately put us at ease and reassured us with her knowledge and understanding of the property, area and market. Fiona has been generous with her time and support and gave us the right amount of feedback. Fiona has great communication skills. 2nd March 2020 To Whom it may concern, Fiona has recently helped our 80 year old Mother in selling her Home, the experience was made so much easier for Mum because Fiona had so much Empathy for Mum and how knowing what an ordeal it would be for Lady of that age group. Dale Evans formerly of 19A Bantry St Our Mother had been disagnosed with terminal cancel and it was time to sort out all of her affairs. This included selling her house. Neither my brother or I had bought or sold a house before. I’d met Fiona briefly prior to seriously looking for an agent, and we had formed such a wonderful bond on that meeting that I introduced her to my brother and this part of our journey began. As did I Lee got a good feeling straight away and we felt comfortable. Everything that would and could happen was explained to us in full and then again if we had further questions. Our mother had since passed and we pretty much left it up to Fiona to what had to be done because emotionally we couldn’t. We set a price, had a lot of interest and were kept up to date weekly. The house sold reasonably quickly for more than we’d anticipated. It was such a great result in that respect all around.
